3 deliveries from Frador this week. Each one requiring a reschedule due to weather. One even same day. Dawn made the whole thing easy from ordering over the phone, rescheduling, and pointing me in the right direction in terms of material and how much. Pat delivered the concrete exactly where I needed it, and Todd couldn’t have been more precise with the sand drop off. Saved me and my back. 🙏🏻 If I ever need to use a landscaping company again, I’ll be calling them first. 10/10

As a homeowner, I had found some random concrete for recycling next to my garage. They were kind and let me toss out this concrete in their recycling area. I had reviewed their instructions on their website about where to go. It was confusing because the gates to the 3101 site were closed. I drove through the main entrance and walked in. They told me where to go, which is to follow the Y back toward that entrance, all the way around and almost to the end. It was marked, but if you have not been there before, it would be confusing. I hope these photos help. It was around 3 pm on a Thursday, no problems with access or waiting at all. Nice people, well kept business. Everything was great; except the campaign sign in the window.

I ordered over the phone. Communication was friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered 3/4 inch river rock for a couple house projects. Product was exactly what I wanted in the amount that I wanted delivered when I wanted!

I use Fra-Dor frequently to buy materials for my business. They run an efficient, clean, spacious yard with a pretty good range of mulch and rock products. Loaders are usually friendly and long-tempered, and the prices are some of the lowest. I’ve also used them to dump small amounts of concrete and brick, which is convenient when you don’t have an account at a crusher.

FRUSTERATING EXPERIENCE. The dirt delivery truck didn't completely lower the dump tailgate before exiting my driveway and snagged the telephone wires in front of my house. At first the driver and office staff was very apologetic and I wasn't concerned as long as Fra-Dor resolved the problem and brought the wires back to their original condition. The wires need to be redone from pole to pole not just zip tied. After more than 4 months, I still have wires that look pathetic in front of my house. Four different service people have come out to my house only to pass the buck to someone else. Xfinity is a joke to work with and Fra-Dor says that they are no longer responsible and will not help. I paid good money for the dirt and the drivers mistake has me wasting my time trying to deal with call centers in the Philippines.
